  • Hit in head with baggage.



    On August 15 2017 I was on flight 618 from SFO to Seattle wa. The passenger in seat 23c removed his bag from the over head bend and hit me in the head. I was in seat 23d. When we landed in Seattle I reported this to a flight attendant and she informed me to go inside the terminal and speak with attendant inside and I did. I was light headed for a few hours. I didn't feel a need to go to hospital. My head is sore.   • Sears Kenmore Elite Water Softener



    OK, need to update our experience with Sears. After all the problems with our %u201CKenmore Elite%u201D water softener and the many attempts to repair. Sears did lived up to their warranty, and sent me a new replacement. Thank you Sears for working with us on this. We are getting ready to replace washer and Dryer and you are the first place we go. I would have rather we could have repaired the old softener just because of all the hassle. Thanks aging for coming through and living up to the warranty. So far the new one seems to work well.     They were supposed to come and fix my refrigerator between 1-5 my dad waited and no technician showed up so now I have to go buy more bags of ice. Then I called and all they could say they are sorry for the inconvenience well that isn't keeping my food cold. And then was told I could reschedule what and wait another week I don't think so. they can come get this piece of crap refrigerator and give me back my money. I have only had this since April this year, and in July it started to break already and had to wait for the technician then he defrosted the motor and had to order... More...

  • DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT



    Customer service is awful. 'Courtesy' pick up is NOT guaranteed although when they have you on the phone they make it sound like it is. At NO POINT was I told a courtesy pick up was not guaranteed. What a 'courtesy' performed.....NOT. RIDICULOUS. The garbage guy picked up one bag which was overweight, didn't take it, and then didn't bother to take ANY OF THE OTHER BAGS!! Seriously?? IF I can pick up the bags (female, 115#), then certainly HE CAN!? And I don't even get a credit on my bill for their lack of responsiveness. More...

    I am quite disappointed in my HP 640 fax. I had to replace my Panasonic fax and could not get another Panasonic in my area. The hp fax does not have the features that the Panasonic had but cost more money. I called costomer support to find out where the flash or switch call function was on the machine. After trying for quite some time to get the agent to understand what I wanted, it turns out this fax does not have a flash feature to switch between incoming calls. Very, very inconvenient. More...
